We hope you are completely satisfied with your order, but we understand that sometimes you may need or want to return an item.
With the exception of foodstuffs, printed items, furniture and special orders, we are happy to take back unwanted items provided they are returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
Any "No Longer Required" products notified to us within 15 days of delivery will incur a 15% charge. Items notified to us 16-30 days from delivery will incur a 25% charge. Items that are not required may not be returned after 30 days.
Items received damaged must be notified within 2 working days, and will be replaced with an equivalent or better product at our discretion.
Items that fail under warranty should be notified to us as soon as possible so that we can advise on repair or replacement options.
In any event, if you are not satisfied with the service or the product, please talk to us. We can only help if we know there is an issue!
