We hope you are completely satisfied with your order, but we understand that sometimes you may need or want to return an item.
With the exception of foodstuffs, printed items and special orders, we are happy to take back unwanted items provided they are returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
Unless we are notified within 5 working days that you wish to return the goods, an administrative charge of 20% will be made
Items received damaged must be notified within 2 working days, and will be replaced with an equivalent or better product at our discretion.
Items that fail under warranty should be notified to us as soon as possible so that we can advise on repair or replacement options.
In any event, if you are not satisfied with the service or the product, please talk to us. We can only help if we know there is an issue!
